Reading the papers today (more accurately online publications), Juve hinting that they may pull out of the deal.

If Can signs extension it is because he knows his role in the Klopp Project going forward and has accepted this role. Not sure what the role is to be honest, but Klopp has several times said he has spoken With Can and Can know what they expect from him.

Yeah. We need a few starters in midfield in the summer. It's going to be a costly exercise but Milner, Henderson and Wijnaldum all need to look over the shoulder.

It’s not just marketing Stevie... it’s drifted into teaching also.... in between trying to inspire and empower we now have to hold our meetings according to a complex protocol which has numerous rules in it, I suggested an alternative protocol in its place which had just one rule “ do not be a cunt” ...

My suggestion was overlooked sadly but it still seemed to make sense somehow...

Hendo isn’t Gerrard but he does give 100% every time and has played even when injured, i personally have seen him play well on numerous occasions and don’t see the need to slag him in a poem. But there you go... opinions and arseholes... we all have one...

Man.... I caught myself saying "segway into" the other day. I actually stopped and told everyone I couldn't believe I'd just said that.

I had a meeting with a beer company a while back where the guy talked about putting a beer in specific venues and making them "lighthouse venues".... I actually stopped him and said "what the fuck does that mean.... a lighthouse is a big bloody light that tells people to stay away".

Had another one make a presentation talking about "Halo venues".... I asked if it was a spelling mistake and did he mean "hero venue"... which is bad enough...

It has, but I'd argue the evolution of language now is quicker than it ever has been, for a myriad of reasons, so many new ways to communicate, including with machines for the first time, all of which encourage or even necessitate new words, (Google being the most obvious example), the world becoming 'smaller' & communities more diverse which introduces languages to each other & creates bastard offspring, & the Internet, which fits into both categories & in itself drives new language simply by enabling communication between anyone, anywhere.

I'm sure @doctor mac will be able to eulogise on this from a much more considered standpoint.
