We were linked to him but as you said, he went to CSKA.

Although the fee was never made public, I can only assume that it was big money, much more than we could afford.... and CSKA are never short of $$$

And if your a club like Venlo, money talks, and your best player goes to the club offering the largest sum of money.

He's been linked with them but Milan still not really signing anyone.

CSKA won't let him go cheap, and Berlusconi lately seems to be very reluctant to spend big on players.

Seems to be spending all his money on hookers and paying the Taliban to back off Italian troops in Afghanistan :laugh:

There's only one thing worse Aquilani could do than joining Lazio.... joining Juventus.

He'd go from idol status to the most hated figure amongst Roma fans.
