I don't have a problem with Hendo getting the award this season because like I've stated elsewhere there were no standouts imo.
I mean if he was given the award the season Salah got the scoring record it would have been outrageous.
So in that sense Wilder getting the award over Klopp is fucking unbelievable.
It's a clear case of voters fatigue. Tired of giving the same old peoole the same old praise so they desperately look for alternatives.

Hendo's importance will never be appreciated, even on here. Just look at the games we've lost without him and how we've lost. Henderson is an exceptional leader and he's pure determination, he takes the team to another level, and I honestly don't believe we'd have won the league without him, his influence on the professional standards of this club are extreme and he's the perfect captain.

Just for info, Andros Townsend was saying on radio earlier today that Hendo and Troy Deeney are the two biggest moaners he's encountered in the league, forever in the referee's ear trying to influence him. He added that they're both pretty good at getting results from that!
