My turn to create one of these threads now.
So I've been playing for 6 or 7 seasons now. I've been promoted to the championship twice, but never lasted more than a season. I'm getting the hang of things, but over the seasons gone past, I've noticed my average age creeping up and up, and no matter who I buy/sell, it's a struggle to keep it down. I have a lot of decent skilled players, but I'm struggling with players form lately. They seem to be dropping all of a sudden.
Anyway, can some of yous more experienced guys tell me what the fuck I need to be doing to sort this shit out?
