I remember saying last summer that we should sell him while he's still worth something as he's due to have a huge dip in form.
I had hope for Andy Carroll until the bitter end. I had hope for Aspas until Chelsea, and still believe Borini can be something special. I even believe that Victor Moses could do great things if he can get motivated. I believe that Jose Enrique is good enough to be a first teamer for us next season, if he can get his injury woes behind him.
I believed that Sturridge and Coutinho would be great signings for us, and that Jonjo Shelvey is a real talent that we shouldn't have let get away for so cheap. I've always had faith that Allen and Henderson would be useful players after they bedded in. I have real belief that Mignolet and Sakho will be stallworth's in the first team for the next decade, and that Luis Alberto will develop into a fantastic midfielder.
I don't have any hope for, or belief in Glen Johnson after this season.
And he turned it down? Madness. On a sidenote, read that Sagna was on £60k/week and Arsenal's offer was a 3 year £80k/wk deal.
Man City's offer is apparently £150k for the same duration.
Sagna was tapped up!
Great cover for Zabaleta though on a free while weakening a rival.Sagna's not all that.
Zabaleta's 10 times the player.
They pay every player they sign big wages though and usually after paying a premium transfer fee on top.$150K per week is hardly "on a free".
On a 3 year contract, that $23.4M
Sagna gets a 250% pay increase while having a very realistic chance at winning the title.
No brainer
Sagna's not all that.
Zabaleta's 10 times the player.

Very good business by City
MODS, MODS!!!! ^^^^^^^^^The 'Odd Couple' Have stopped abusing each other with cheap put downs and snide remarks from people who know abso-fucking-lutely everything about abso-fucking-lutely everything. Possibly drug induced. Lock Worthy? They pay every player they sign big wages though and usually after paying a premium transfer fee on top.
For city, it's good.
To bring in a different right back of Sagna's quality they would have to pay a high fee and offer similar wages.
Personally I'm fed up of the whole "Ryan v Dreamy" thing. It's boring as fuck.
How come we're still not linked to Aurier? Best value for money among full-backs this year IMO.
In fairness to Ryan and I we've never really made it a thing. Others have.Personally I'm fed up of the whole "Ryan v Dreamy" thing. It's boring as fuck.
No idea who they are but I'll take a stab and say I'm Sam as I like boot cut jeans and $20 haircutsRyan v dreamy is like Sam and Diane of this website.
The will they/won't they (agree) vibe is something to behold
Surely Sam and woody would be a better comparison if that's the sitcom you pick.Cheers.
