I am happy with this appointment, however the thing that bothers me about the appointments being made. .. We lack the coaching experince that is required to Prepare a team at the highest level to play 2 games a week..

This was a problem that was evident last season and I am not too sure if it has been addressed with these appointments.

Gary Mac is probably the closest with some experience .. However his experince is limited to more as a player.. And that was short lived, due to being at the end of his playing career..
