TICKETS for Liverpool Football Club's exhibition match here in July against the Singapore national team will go on sale this Friday.
About 30,000 gallery tickets - priced at S$88 each - are available for the match. Grandstand tickets will cost S$188.

Tickets will be sold at about 58 different locations islandwide, including all Adidas, Courts and Harry's Bar outlets. Each fan can only buy a maximum of four tickets.

The English Premier League club is headed here as part of their two-stop tour of South-east Asia, which includes Thailand on July 22.

Organisers have promised that the entire first-team squad, including superstars like Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres, will be in Singapore for the match, barring injuries.

So add in a return flight from Shanghai for 2 (€1,000), hotels (€600), wife's shopping trip (€1,000) and drinks for Ong, DHSC and the other lads (€400 inc tickets) and that's €3,000 ! 😉

Think I'll wait for the 2009/10 season and fly back to the UK for two home games !

Thanks SC, otherwise a $88 x 3 x2.4 = is a painful RM650 excluding flight & board etc. hmmmm
 
Ok then if there is no family package, i shall send my representatives - my 2 sons to keep their interest in LFC going.
 
I'm moving to Singapore on 3rd July so very happy that Liverpool are playing later in the month.

That's one of the complaints I have about them coming to Singapore. There's no online facility for fans to get tickets. You have to physically queue up to buy them.

Are your boys in KL or Singapore,Mike?

In KL, the tickets are ony available from the Profitable Plot offices at Suite 22.01,Level 22, Menara Standard Chartered, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 KL.

They're apparently accepting phone bookings at 03-2143 2468, which is what I did today.

But they won't sell it online so someone will have to go and pay and THEN collect it in person.

I actually told the staff on the phone that this was silly as lots of people just can't spare the time to go get it in KL and online purchases would really help.

Oh, well >🙁

A word tho; tickets are only being released on Friday 22/5.

Let me know if you need someone to try to help get them in KL; I'll try to help you out.

I'm going on Friday to collect mine and try to help some friends out too

This applies to any Reds on here; I'm in that part of the woods a lot.

It's not exactly cheap, but I'm not going to miss this and I'll just have to scrimp a little on other stuff.

LOADS of places in Singapore are selling tickets tho.

I have a son in Singapore and another on his way to KL. So thanks AV, my son in Singapore can buy himself. The KL son can make his way down and bunk in with Singapore son.
