Given that it's City in the Cup final. If they finish fifth in the league, and win the Cup. Will the Europa Cup place come from the league or the Cup? I mean will sixth or Stoke get the other place? I assume it's Stoke, but just to be sure.

I think that the team in sixth place will get the Europa League spot in that scenario.

If Manchester City win the FA Cup while finishing in the top four of the Premier League, the losing finalists Stoke will enter the Europa League.
However, if City win the Cup but finish outside the top four, they will enter the Europa League along with the sixth-placed team.
