We're away in the derby, have restricted them to fuck all and dealt with them comfortably. We've silenced the crowd and now go into the second half with them having blown their wad already. We will rope a dope these twats, just as Klopp intended. It's a game of 90 minutes and the plan is going fine.

We ended the half showing some semblance of control, which is a huge improvement on the way we started it - hoofing the ball out of our own penalty box in a blind panic. So that's good!
I think decision making has been a big problem (along with the obvious shit first touches, and awful passes). At times we slow the play down needlessly and at others try a hopeful more than anything first time pass and lose possession.
Henderson needs to sort himself out. He's been too sluggish and oddly absent so far. Origi is okay running the channels but we seem to struggle with him up top.
I don't really have any bright ideas as to how to drastically improve our situation. The players on the field as a collective are better than Everton. They just need to stop being so shit.

We need lots of short, quick passing, better movement, and much, much, cooler heads. Mane needs to remember he's got frightening pace and he needs to use it, not keep turning back infield.
