I think we will win the title with Oblak if our front three delivers again next season. Look at the impact VVD has had. Karius has been good but Oblak is different level. Oblak will have the same effect.

Unless we robbed it off some other team.

Koscielny with a freak injury, there was no one near him. Possibly out of the World Cup.

He won his three premier league titles when the only team he had to finish ahead of was Man U.
A bit like Arsenal teams of yore, he was a very good manager but I am not sure he deserves to go down as a great

We defo robbed it. At least two other sides have used it before us.

Fucked if I can remember who though. Fuck my memory. Heard people discussing it being 'written' whilst singing it on some excruciating YouTube video when I was looking for the lyrics having first heard it on TV, being the armchair fan I have now become.
 
Goodbye Arsene. I'm really interested so see how the summer goes for them.

If they bring in an experienced Manager with the remit of 'get us back in top 4' I think they could do it with just someone who can build a defence. If they bring in someone young to build a long term squad - it'll be very interesting as Aubamayang and Ozil probably only have another 1-2 seasons left before severe decline and then the rebuild becomes a huge huge job.

I would like to see them go through mediocrity for a number of years at least.
 
Appaz they dont have much money to spend this summer. And they probably lost Koscielny for a long period of time as well yesterday.

Yeah, Koscielny looked to be in agony last night. Snapped Achilles and 6 months out.
 
I'm probably the only one but I actually wouldn't have had a problem with the Gunners winning this trophies.
I don't particularly like Arsene, and I don't have any soft spot for Arsenal (though I love Arsenal FanTv, you hear me fam?).
HOwever, the 'romantic' in me would have liked their long suffering manager to give the English clubs the European double and end up on a high.
Oh well, was not meant to be.

I have no big love for either of the other Clubs so to a certain degree it could be good to see PL lifting both trophies. It is a chance that La Liga will do that.

I feel a bit for the Arsenal fans I know. They have had a few tough season and are Clear on a decline. They are really Down these days. They will of course recover but it was a little sadden to see one of them who visited my son last night after me and him coming Direct from Rome.
