Who is to say we won't have a 'new' manager pretty time soon Local? They were never going to sack Hodgson as soon as they came in and the position we now find ourselves in the league given the time Hodgson has had, is, in my opinion, the first time NESV will analyse as true and fair reflection of his tenure. I do believe they thought to keep him for the season and then replace him with their long term candidate but I now reckon he'll be gone pronto.

Well I hope you are right Sheik, because it would be bad to keep a manager like this through the transfer window. I'd hate a win for him this weekend, to be interpreted as a need to give the man more time. I honestly think what Rafa achieved at this club is looking better and better. Yes, he also shot himself in the foot, but CL qualification year after year looks good to me right now.

I REALLY don't understand all the disdain towards the owners. Some people need to get a grip.

Its easy to talk... Its harder to act. People want more of the last and less of the first... not more dramatic than that. You find the recipy in Cybermetrics actually... they should know that one.

They've been here two minutes, rid the club of debt and are trying to make sure they sort us out for the future. They effectively saved us. Did they fail to act swiftly when they bought us? They can make decisions, they just like to make sure it's the right one. They're thinking of the bigger picture.

All of us would like Roy out now, admittedly, but they deserve more respect than you, and others, are giving them. Where would we be now if they hadn't gone deep into their pockets and bought us?

I just hope we're not in the championship by the time he does go...

Mee too. But if we are there and he is gone, I an still here and he is luckily not!!

I've said so may times there was absolutely no point in replacing Rafa with a manager like Hodgson. Having said that - Rafa could go no further with the club and we clearly were going backwards. The rot started in Rafas last year - Hodgson has exacerbated our problems.
