I dont drink in the middle of town too often, nor smoke, but The Scream definitely has them, as does Bumper, so I assumed the bars in the centre had followed suit. Odd that they havent.

Bumper is a really nice bar, spacious and classier than most, like it a lot in there. Quite expensive though.

The Scream!!!! I used to live in there when I was a Uni and even had one of the discount cards.

The Bumper is a town classic. I've been going their since the Plumbers days.

Yeah, I still frequent The Scream occasionally, though the Flute is my usual starting point, then Bumper, down Hardman St, calling into Hannahs & Poag Mahones on the way to La'Go, sometimes going The Metropolitan too.

Oh, & I used to go when it was Plummers too, but prefer it now, but more laid back, less scallies now Radio City have fucked off with their scally club nights.

Ca Va is an absolute shithole, dirty, skanky and usually chocka. That said, sometimes the live music in there is decent and we usually stop off for a quick one there on route.....

The "Chilli Tequilla" shot in Ca Va is an absolute killer. Wouldn't do it again for a fiver.
