Im trying to think of players at top teams who arent playing much and would be relatively cheap or available on loan. Spurs did well out of Adebayor last year, likewise Benayoun did a decent job for Arsenal.
The first three that spring to my mind are all Citeh players:
Dzeko
Johnson
De Jong
All of them would be cheapish as they have to get rid of some of their less played players and all would walk into Liverpool circa 2011/2012
Given money available could we offer a loan to any of them?
City have shown they will allow that.

Any others across Europe? Pato? Krasic?
I cant think of many who didnt get many games at their clubs last year.

Kaka would be available, but I'll be surprised if he's not at Milan. They'll bring him back for a small fee and he'll take a salary drop imo to try and regain the form he lost when he left.

I don't think they'll move Kroos but they oddly enough prefer Robben to Muller - who I think would be ace on loan with option to buy.
