I sacked chrome off for my tablet and phone.. I use dolphin connector to use my chrome bookmarks, install the add on chrome desktop and your bookmarks sync back to doplhin...

Yep, PayPal just provide the money transfer service, you can use credit cards through them instead of a PayPal account.
