Costa is far too important to Chelsea for them not to sort this out. They would be so much less a team without him. They'll bung him a bumper contract and sell him at the end of the season. The only hope I have of it going apocalyptic there is that Conte seems to be a very straight guy, someone who might even think integrity is important....

I don't know, there's talk of longterm fitness issues too, I don't think they will get too many years out of him.

I don't really know what we're getting all excited about really, they will only go and buy someone else who is quality. There may be short term gain for this season though, I guess.

Even better, they will make an offer for Lukaku and because he has just signed a new bumper contract Everton will stick to their guns and Lukaku will go on strike and both clubs will end up digging their feet in and owning players who are disgruntled, who are hated by the supporters and who provide next to nothing for their clubs for the remainder of the season.
