I’m pretty sure Glock had a ‘Flopp out’ kind of thread going. But he doesn’t count. On here or in life.
Glock never counted. The only worthwhile thread he ever made was about the teams 100m sprinting times & that's cos it was so unintentionally funny.

Red Ninja was getting the boot in discreetly for sure. Ah sure, we all have our moments. Some (Rosco) more than others.

I'd take Benitez over anyone, but I wouldn't fire Klopp just yet.
My earlier outburst was just an outburst. Push comes to shove, Klopp stays for the season.
There is no better manger in the world than Klopp that would come to us. And thankfully he’ll likely be around for a lot longer than another season.
You have to question your judgement when you’re aligned with Arn and Glock.

Depends on how you see it, like I said I think Benitez is better.
Look, if winning 4th and being knocked out of every competition is where your bar is, then good for you.

Remind me where we finished in Benitez’s first and final seasons again?

Obviously everyone's entitled to their honest opinion and that's what this forum is for....

But f ck me Modo you're crazy...

I don't think it's a completely crazy opinion to have; after all Rafa was the last LFC manager to win us a major trophy, so until somebody else does it you can make the argument in favor of Rafa. I still certainly have a sentimental spot for Benitez and defended him even after he went to Chelsea; however if I'm objective I don't think he is in the same top tier of managers as Klopp, Conte, Guardiola, Simeone etc, at least not any more. His football didn't really evolve with the times and his results post Liverpool have been mostly on the downward spiral.

All I'm saying is evaluate his season in June. If we're out of the CL and out of the top four questions should be asked.

Thats bollocks. It's not about winning 4th and of course not about being knocked out. It's about developing the team and the club. Rafa did a tremendous job for us. But Klopp has another aura about him for todays situation and is doing really well.

When is a major trophy not a major trophy? When Dalglish wins it ...

Thank you.

To be fair with Klopp ... lets not forget he took us to two finals...yes did not win them...but still hope. The norms and tactics change in football..and in todays game its the attacking managers that have the edge. The edgy defending type is going away slowly because in most cases defenders are shit.

I loved Rafa Benitez and I still do. He was a genius. But he was also flawed as a manager.

His man-management and tactical stubbornness always made long term progress difficult, as his subsequent appointments showed.

Rafa will always have my deepest affection and respect but to swap Klopp for him now would be insanity. There is no such thing as a flawless manager, but Klopp is an amazing fit for us. I think he is one of the best out there and he will win trophies with us.

Captain Sideways never goes to ground, or hits a pass that's forward bound.
Here he comes to save the day!
Another pass just went astray.
To the left or to the right, a forward pass gives him a fright.
Here he comes to save the day!
Captain Sideways here to stay.
(Mighty Mouse theme)

I wonder if he sings it to himself? Or to people he knows in the real world– friends and family who force a smile as they shoot concerned looks at each other?

Brendan's laid into him so often about it that he unfortunately may now be realising that it perhaps isn't funny or clever. To the delight of his family.

It's times like this that I often think of one of Oncy's finest contributions to SCM:

'If everyone else on here - and I mean everyone - thinks you're wrong then maybe the problem is you'

Everybody except you use the ‘like’ function.
Time to admit defeat Ryan.
