Almost off topic, but it really annoys me how little the players do in regards to stretches before coming on.
They jog up & down & stretch once or twice a little. They should be properly stretching & sprinting for a few minutes immediately before being subbed on.
Sneaking a win here would be huge.

Watch how he got injured again & tell me a fully stretched & warmed up player suffers it. Wouldn't happen.Stretching prior to a game has been shown to have little to no influence on mitigating muscle injuries. Dynamic warm ups are basically all top pros do now.
