It's a bit funny that Dele Alli picked up the PFA Young Player of the Year award but doesn't appear in this team. I think Kane's a more deserving winner of that award.

Philippe Coutinho has been named in France Football’s Under-23s team of the season, one of the most prestigious media awards in Europe.

The French magazine, who are renowned for their opinion and analysis on Europe’s brightest stars, included the Liverpool star in a three-man midfield alongside Paul Pogba and Marco Verratti.

The 23-year-old has been in good form for the Reds, particularly since the arrival of Jurgen Klopp, breaking the 10-goal barrier for the first time in his career.

The Brazilian, who will hope to earn a spot in the national team for the Copa America, has also provided six assists.

He is one of four Premier League players to be included in the team, with Tottenham striker Harry Kane and Manchester United wide man Anthony Martial both named in the line-up, as well as Arsenal full back Hector Bellerin.

Full starting 11: Oblak, Alaba, Marquinhos, Varane, Bellerin, Verratti, Pogba, Coutinho, Martial, Dybala, Kane[/article]
