In his strange mind he not only thinks having once been in a Beatles tribute band makes him a legend, he also thinks he's a charming wit instead of a tiresome twit. (That rhymes, Noel, you can have that one for free). I've got to hand it to him though, he really does embody 'mancness' better than most other people.

When I clicked on the link on my phone it loaded one of those godawful "You'll never guess what happened next" videos where some fella met his ex wife & son & their business was successful while his had failed ...

Works fine from the PC though 🙂

I'm so ambivalent about Oasis, I still can't differentiate Noel from Liam, and have never bothered to.

Have they ever done anything of note besides write the lyrically nonsensical Wonderwall, and quarrel with each other?

Very talented musician, but, as with every single city fan, looks like he's spent too much time on the fume and has gone stark raving mental.
Tbh re Neville, I've got far more time for utd fans now than I ever have. I think they're going through the pain we've been through when your dominance ends, and it's been a pretty humbling experience for them. Sure they have the odd delusion of grander like building a midfield around McTomminay some weeks, and then he's shit the next, Ole deserves the contract now, shit the next. But apart from that, Redcafe seems to be full of normal fans now. Where virtually every single 'person' on the fume is an absolute cunt. So Noel would fit right in.

Re City and Utd moving forwards. I do have concerns that City are going to get this ban completely overturned, and the Times is running something today that FFP is relaxed additionally, and city will go out and spend hundreds of millions again, legally this time. And Utd, god knows with them, even though they are run as a business, and Corona is hitting them too, they have seemed to back their managers every year, so they in theory could go out and spend heavy this window. They spent 130mill on Maguire the donkey and can't attack AWB last year, under a novice manager.

My brother in law played trumpet for them on one tour. I went to the Manchester gig, in the VIP pen, and stood next to John Barnes and Patsy Kensit
