Dirty horrible cunt of a player..

3 match ban at the very least for his antics.. Has to be action taken against him...

I thought the first was bad, but the second stamp was so intentional
 
He's one of their guys.

He's a brilliant footballer though.
 
He'll get a red before too long. Those stamps haven't gone unnoticed and he's a pantomime villain.

Had to laugh at his tangle with Gerrard - you can see he just loves a tear up.
 
A cunt no doubt.

But he's some player. The archetypal centre forward really. Works his bollocks off, great touch, scores goals, stands up to every centre half. He's a superb player.
 
Costa is an hilarious cunt. What a superb player. He didn't slow down once in extra time. He'll take anyone on, all three CB, yep, no problem. He'll even have a go at Steven Gerrard. He doesn't care. There is more to come from him as well. He's even a better player than he is already showing.

Don't get me wrong he's a horrible cheat. Scumbag of the highest order. He will surely get a few bans soon but at the moment he's still the lovable rogue to some. I'd love if he was our player.
 
We can't really talk after over-defending Suarez during much of his time here. Costa's a brilliant footballer and everything else is secondary.

Still surprises my Chelsea managed to land Costa and Fabregas for £60M. That's some deal.

BTW - first one intentional, but second one not. In my opinion of course.
 
He is a suarez clone....but i wouldhave no complains if the FA and refrees treated him the same. I cannot imagine Suarez would have ever been allowed to get away with stamping players twice in a game.


It is not the job of the FA or the referees to make an example out of someone. It is their job to apply the rules consistently. I cannot really put up with the kind of shit the FA usually serves football fans....
 
Missed the game due to work. Does anyone have a link to the stamps and his squaring up with Gerrard?
 
His day to day nastiness is a lot worse than Suarez. Costa is always winding players up and actively trying to cheat. Suarez out does him on the grand scale of crazy though. Suarez will go nuclear and bite you whereas Costa will just chip away at you all game.

Suarez was no angel but nowhere near as nasty and aggressive towards his opponents, not even close.

Costa is a dirty tramp. I'd love to see him sent off unjustly against City.

I think what @ILD means is that when it came to Suarez, some posters here labeled him as a cunt and wanted him out with no buts and ifs.

Suarez would have already been on all the journos hit list had he done what Costa has already done in his first 6 months here.

But it will probably come and sooner or later they will start targetting him, as will referres, because he's not gonna change his ways.
 
I liked him better in the world cup when he was a steaming pile of hot garbage.

An anthropomorphized eyebrow limping around on one hamstring.
 
He's got more to his game than wind ups but he didn't really influence this tie. Had we taken our numerous chances he'd be nothing but a name in a programme.
 
Costa isn't as good as Suarez, though he's clearly very good. He's also getting away with far more, but that's part and parcel of playing for Mourinho - his players tend to get away with cheating more in general.
 
I'd say Costa is even worse than Suarez. The biting is obviously on top of the list.
But Costa throws spit at people, elbows, hands to the face, stamps. Does just about everything to fuck people off.

He isn't even close to Suarez in terms of ability but a very good player. And yes we probably would have loved the crazy elephant man looking cunt in our team.
 
The reason Costa isn't hounded like Suarez was is simply because he doesn't dive. Unfortunately we as a footballing nation consider a stamp to be old fashion passion and desire to win whilst diving is the antics of a filthy cheat.
