I don't understand why people think that Chelsea will easily overcome Porto - yes good defense but they are still one goal a game merchants at the moment. Porto have just blasted through Juventus home and away. I don't think it set in stone that fixture.

Nat Baresi to put Hazard in hospital
The ball girls/boys at Anfiled should deal with this one, leave Nat and his silky skills on the park to play football.

Hoping BVB knock City out as much as I am hoping we go through.

WHen it comes to Europe.

Anyone.But.City

If we make it to the final - I think it will be a right cunt of a game for Kabak, if we have to face Bayern, last time he played against them his team lost 8-0, and he gave away a penalty in that game. Hopefully he would have manned up by then if we make it to the final and have to face them. I don't think City have yet faced a team with such pacy wingers in our league if they face Bayern they will be up against Gnabry and Sane - will be interesting to see if City can cope.

Hendo will be partnered with Phillips for the final!

The Europa League is so shit. Utd vs Granada, and Arsenal - Slavia Praha.

I really dont want to end up in that competition next season.

I like your forward planning.
  1. We win v madrid
  2. We win semi
  3. Bayern wins v PSG
  4. Bayern wins semi
  5. Kabak isn't injured for final
If all this happens the fact that Kabak has lost 8-0 v bayern last time is very much a minor issue.

Saw this floating around.

Last-16
In 2005, their opponent in the last-16 knockout tie was against a German club where they won both legs by 2 goals. And this year, they won a German opposition in the last-16 knockout tie by 2 goals in both legs.

Quarter Final
In 2005, their opponent in the quarter finals was against one of the most feared team in Europe. And in this year's quarter final, they will also face one of the most feared team in Europe where their opposition is the only club in history to have won the most number of Champions League title.

Semi Final
In 2005, their opponent in the semi finals was against Chelsea, a club who they could be facing in this year's semi final stage. Back then, the whole world remembers that infamous controversial match where the only goal of the game was a goal that did not cross the line.

Final
In 2005, their opponent in the final was a club who are the favourites to win the competition. Nobody need reminding of that famous comeback match in Istanbul. And in this year's final in Istanbul, they could also be facing the club who are favourites to win the competition which is the current holders Bayern Munich.

The great news here is that City have to face Dortmund and Bayern - if they get to the final, fair play. Will make it even sweeter when us or Chelsea turn them over.

Frogfish's odds were before the draw, Dortmund have obviously drifted after the worst possible draw.

City 12/5
Bayern 4/1
Chelsea 5/1
Liverpool 7/1
PSG 9/1
Real Madrid 12/1
Dortmund 33/1
Porto 50/1

It's fairly straightforward, everyone in our half of the draw is happy enough with the draw and on the other side of the draw.....they're not overly pleased.
