You'll never know. The 28 day thing is because they've taken your tax funding and then just moved some numbers around in excel to make an utter clown out of you.
Say 1000 people die in your daily population count. If you spent the taxpayer funding to do proper research, let's say you'd find out something like 20% of them actually died of covid. That's the true number, which you'd think is pretty fucking important to know. Alternatively, let's say you want to spend the taxpayer funding on prostitutes instead like Neil Ferguson, then you have a problem of how to get the number. The 28 day thing is their shite solution.
If you picked just 100 people randomly, then 20 of them will have died of covid, and you'll mistakenly say that all 100 died from it. That's no good. This is why you introduce the arbitrary 28 day cut-off, then your sample of 100 people (out of the 1000) who died 28 days later is more likely to contain people who actually died of covid (just for common sense reasons). Now these 100 people who you've excel filtered out, 40 of them will have actually died of covid. 40 is a mathematical improvement upon the random figure of 20. So you can use that slight improvement to plot graphs and it's just enough to show up a sensible trend. That's why they do it. And I'll tell you again, that's why you should kill them all before it's too late.

The vaccine simulates an infection. The infection stimulates antibody production. The antibodies linger in your blood for several months before subsiding. You're comparing data from people at a time when they were recently juiced up to their eyeballs with antibodies to people who are clean. Yet, because it's data, plotted on a graph, you lap it up as science. Yet again read my lips these people are fucking morons, you'd do well to kill them instead of believing their embarrassing attempts at science.
This is why they suddenly need booster shots of the same vaccine they already gave you the first time. Your immune system did not evolve to have a perpetually elevated antibody count circulating around your body. It's no different to abusing steroids. You're abusing the vaccine and there will be consequences. Maybe Mr Egypt up there is aware of that too because his private doctors are not morons.
