After getting EXACTLY the scoreline we needed (and Becker's awesome save in the 96th minute) I beg to differ !
Alliteration is essential. Pat Cashout is OK I suppose, but Captain Cashout has that je ne sais pas.
EL - compare this lineup to the year United won it. Damn there are some good teams in it this year, both seeded and unseeded - (bolded are ones to watch out for as potential semi-finalists).

I think we look like a far superior side to last season , less leaky and proven against Napoli we can still press and smash people with pace up front , mane and some tardy finishing Is the only reason it wasnt 3/4/5-0 on Tuesday , every other European side will be aware of that too.

If you was one of the top placed clubs, you would rather play Ajax, Roma or Man United. I understand that, on paper they're the most weak.

The only team United could draw that I can see them beating is Porto. I hope they don't get them.
As for us, I always think to myself "who can contain our front 3 and deal with the industry/workrate of our midfield"?
To that end, i'd prefer to avoid:
Juve, Dortmund and Barca.
Dortmund are the most inexperienced and Klopp knows them well but they are a team full of legs and energy. They score loads but also concede a lot. Would be a straight shoot-out.
Juve lost to United and have an old defence, so we could get at them, but they are a very wily team and Ronaldo doesn't need many chances.
Barca have Messi. Even Van Dijk would struggle to contain him and Luis. They are so slippery that his physicality wouldn't work against them. Also, they have the pace at the back to contain us.
Everyone else has weaknesses (Porto) or are old (Bayern, Real).
