Nikica Jelavic - even though initially i thought we missed out on a gem.

Ozil was excellent for his first 2 or 3 games, but even the arse fans have admitted he's tailed off a bit. He's not shit, but he's not setting the world on fire, he's not scoring now, nor really assisting, where he was a the start. I guess he's being a bit overshadowed by Ramsey/Willshere's performances as of late also though.

Hes scored in their last 2 league games and is still assisting and having a large influence on games, maybe not every game but to imply hes not playing well is just wrong.

He was another over hyped player though, ridiculous hype arpund him, really good player but from the hype you would think he was the next Maradona.

Sigurdsson is actually fairly decent imo and could have been a decent signing at the price we were willing to pay.
Willian on the other hand would have been a disaster for 25 million.
The deal made zero sense at the time and its looking like a shell dodged.

Some of these players have only played 5-10 matches in the league, so its a bit shortsighted to laugh now.
Just look at Pires. Peope laughed at him for a year and then he just pissed all over the league. Bale is another one.

Jelavic and Gaston Ramirez are obvious candidates. This years signings havent been great so far at all but a few of them will come good.

I've seen him play for Rapid Vienna loads of times. I still struggle to understand how he could end up in the Premier League.

I think he suffers from a stinking attitude. When he wanted to move from Rangers he scored goals for fun, and he arrived at Everton, still keen to impress. When he's coming to the end of his contract watch him banging them in from all angles.
