Sorry, but that's very unlikely. This player is seriously good, he'd be playing more often than that.
You mean guaranteed as in Oxford -Reece (5 starts this season) or Sancho (6 starts this season) ? Playing for inferior teams. As opposed to TAA (19 yrs old - 18 starts), Gomez (20 yrs old - 21 starts), Solanke (20 yrs old - 5 starts, 16 times subbed on) or Robertson (20 yrs old - 22 starts) perhaps ?
If he's good enough he's better off here for the next two seasons - he's got lots of time and can then see which way the wind's blowing.
Oops LFC stats or wherever I took that from needs updating !Robertson is twenty four
I saw that loan point Steve but was debating the 'sale as opposed to staying' conundrum for Brewster (it likely doesn't apply of course to every youngster) from your Guardian quote. As in, even moving to a mid-table BL team wouldn't guarantee him starts or match time. You’ve misread my post or missed one of the key points.
I don’t think a loan to a lesser team works, because their is no incentive for the club that takes a player in loan to develop the player - hence they often don’t play as much.
Signing for a team that has a model based on giving young players playing time to develop them into highly profitable assets is different.
Any striker at Liverpool is likely to have limited playing time given our front 3.
Which out of Salah, Firmino or Mane would he be regularly replacing?
Sorry - don’t see it, unless one is injured.
But if he was rated as Macca etc are saying why have the twin spastics of Solanke and Ings been on the bench? Why has Woodburn been the one given chances. We've lierallli got one good striker in the whole squad. The chances would be there.

More crippled than Ings is when he starts?Brewster was a bit crippled for half the season
Im deffo not denying it Macca, I dont watch the youth football. The desperation to deny that there was actually a great talent in the Academy is bizarre as well as sad. As for whom he'd replace in he first place, he would probably have alternated and improved Klopp's rotation policy. The point is he would have provided better competition, a much better threat from the bench as well as a new and better option in terms of rotation.
Defo worse than FrankieIm deffo not denying it Macca, I dont watch the youth football.
I just dont get how if he is better than Solanke and Ings he never featured and is now off tk Germany
There hasn't been one player in 20 years who has come through our youth system, left and done anything to suggest we were wrong to keep them .
Eh? Do you mean wrong to let them go, or keep them earlier on?
There hasn't been one player in 20 years who has come through our youth system, left and done anything to suggest we were wrong to keep them, apart from Sterling - if he even counts given we nicked him from QPR when he was 16 or so.
Admittedly, until TAA this season, there hasn't been one who has actually contributed to the first team at all since Sterling.
Will be interesting to watch Conor Coady in the Premier league next season, see how he's progressed.

Now it looks as though Yan Dhanda - another fine prospect - is off to Swansea, not on loan but a transfer. This is going to be a very tricky process - we need to hold on to some of our best young attacking talents, and bring in a couple of top class experienced attackers, in spite of the fact that Mane, Salah and Firmino look pretty much set in stone as our front line. The likes of Dhanda are moving because they don't think they'll get enough chances, leaving us with the second tier of talents in the Academy, and who among the senior players will sign knowing they'll probably spend most of their time watching the regular trio? We do need genuinely high class alternatives in the squad, a mixture of up-and-coming and tried-and-tested, but we're in danger of being undermined by our own success here in terms of the first team. We've gone from losing the likes of Sterling because they see other clubs as being better bets for success, to losing similar talents because they see us as being too successful to give them much of a chance. It's progress, but it needs careful management.
Twitter noises saying he's been released? He looked impressive in the clips I've seen him in. Can't agree upon a contract or deemed not good enough (highly unlikely)? Didn't we pay WBA £500k for him? 😕Now it looks as though Yan Dhanda - another fine prospect - is off to Swansea, not on loan but a transfer. Is Brewster definitely gone Mac?

Seems oddNo, but it looks very likely he will go.
