Going on from the 'Nice Story' thread I thought I'd post one of my scans.
If you look closely on the right hand side you will see my shunt. It looks like someone has stuck a nail in my head, but this tube goes from my ventricles to my stomach. My brain can no longer deal with production of spinal fluid and without this shunt I would be dead.
My eyes are at the bottom of the scan, so the shunt is by my left ear.
What is left of my tumour is within my ventricles (the X shaped object in the middle.) If you look just where the top right hand arm of the X joins the rest, you will see a shadow. That's the little bastard there.
