The reason being?

Hmm, there's a bit of truth in this, yeah. But his choice of outfit, sunglasses, shoes, plus the way he's wearing it, and how he's standing, and his false teeth, all screams "provincial try-hard knacker" to me.
Simply because he quite clearly hasn't dressed like this as a rule in the past, so doesn't know how to.
