The game tomorrow should be Roy's final curtain - if he fails to get the three points that is. Kenny for caretaker until a new manager can be introduced come Summer then.
I don't think individual results matter any more. Roy is gone no matter what. It's just a matter of when. The ideal is to get a long term boss in now, but if none can be found soon then Kenny will be brought in. I believe the only reason that Roy is still in a job now is because the owners want to find the long term solution rather than bringing in Kenny.
I think you're probably right. Unfortunately, if that is the case I don't think they are, because I don't agree that the ideal WOULD be to bring in a long-term boss now. They should take their time to make damn sure they get it right. Meanwhile, each day they waste trying to finesse the situation by making a quick permanent appointment increases the risk (a) of Roy compounding the damage he's already done and (b) of t he club restricting itself to a needlessly limited pool of candidates.
Well I think they are taking their time in doing it. While I agree that every day with Roy is to our detriment, if they believe they can get their man in a week or two, I'd prefer to wait for that. If not then obviously we need to go for Kenny or someone like him.

People may point to the owners time in the states where they got rid of a manager straight away, but that was in a sport they already knew. They're on a huge learning curve here, and an initial big mistake could set them up for a difficult time. The one thing they won't want to do is replace Roy with another incapable manager.
I think the owners problem is that they've had to learn very quickly in a very difficult situation, it's understandable they don't want to rush into this. They have, or at least had, no knowledge of the game, and their main advisor in the game would presumably be Kenny. Who's to advise them to take Kenny? Kenny himself?

Do they have other football advisors besides who they have at the club? I assume they do, but would they advise taking Kenny on? I would doubt it. From an outside point of view it wouldn't be the most advisable course of action. Of course, most followers of the club would look beyond his years out of management and failed tenures, myself included. But our problem is that our owners and whatever advisors they have most likely will not do that.

If it takes a few weeks for them to get the right man, or even it takes until the summer, and they get the decision right then we can't complain. Buy the way I'm fairly confident that the chances of us being relegated are quite slim whether Roy stays or not. I think, should he stay, Roy will have a better second half to the season, but obviously not enough to keep him in the job.

Let's be honest here, there is no way that a Liverpool team should be lining up with Lucarse, Cuntchesky, Eggnog, Maxi, or Zorba within spitting distance of the first team.

No more than two weeks ago, you said anyone who suggested the above is deliberately deflecting blame away Roy Hodgson!

Any team news?

Rumoured to be...

Reina; Johnson, Greek, Skrtel, Konchesky; Maxi, Gerrard, Lucas, Cole; Torres, Ngog.

I presume he is keeping Aurelio fresh for United.

No Kuyt either. (I sold Nani for Kuyt in the fantasy football this week, JUST GREAT)

I presume Commoli would be their main 'football advisor'.

I sold Silva for Cole... Silva's just been labelled doubtful and Cole's inline for a start!

Although the main motivation behind it was us playing 2 games this gameweek and wanting as many Liverpool players as poss..

We should, but it will end in a famous 0-0 draw.

utopia!

I'll tell ya's one thing. These Blackburn cunts are really starting to annoy me. Releasing statements saying they want Ronaldinho and Beckham. Fuck off ya's bunch of cunts. Even their new manager wants to "meet" Ronaldinho. Who the fuck has ever heard of you? I hope the cunt gets a ball to the face tonight.

Despite Woy still being here perhaps we can make some chicken salad out of chicken shit and grab another three points this evening. No doubt Gerrard will be egging on his team mates from midfield and hopefully our defence will have a quiet night considering the home team's goal tally under new ownership has been rather poultry.

Ronaldinho heads to Brazil after snubbing Blackburn

PA Photos

Ronaldinho is set to return to Gremio
AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri has confirmed that Brazil forward Ronaldinho is set for a move back to Brazil.

Ronaldinho, 30, had been a ambitious target for Premier League side Blackburn but is close to joining hometown club Gremio, who he left in 2001 to move to Europe with Paris St-Germain.

Brazilian media outlet Radio Globo claimed the former Barcelona playmaker is in Rio De Janeiro to sign a three-and-a-half-year deal with the club.

And Allegri said at a press conference on Wednesday: "We are all sorry to lose a player of the quality of Ronaldinho. But he has made a life choice by going to Brazil.''

Ronaldinho's current contract with Milan expires at the end of the the season and, with the Rossoneri having already signed Antonio Cassano from Sampdoria this week, there is no space for the former two-time World Player of the Year in Allegri's line-up.

He was very good at it, but it was all unintentional.

"My fellow Merkins" ( A merkin (first use 1617) is a pubic wig. Merkins were originally worn by prostitutes after shaving their genitalia, and are nowadays used as decorative items or in film making. )

'Perhaps we can make some chicken salad out of chicken shit'

I mean, really.

Look at the fucking *state* of that.
