"Biggest" club in Europe that hasn't won the CL?

PSG have won more trophies than Arsenal overall, but only by two. When you factor in the strength of the Premier League compared to Ligue 1, it’s right to say Arsenal are the bigger club on the pitch.
In terms of fanbase and marketing then Neymar, Messi, and Mbappé, along with their partnership with Jordan/Nike, PSG have probably achieved global recognition, even among people who don’t care about football — let alone French football.
Overall, it’s still Arsenal for me.
As for the other clubs on the list, they’re at least 17 trophies behind, so they’re not really in the conversation.

Because Roma are historically a better team in Europe than Arsenal. Arsenal don't do anything in Europe by and large. Roma must have a way higher coefficient, now, and arsenal are meant to be good now.
So maybe arsenal are a bigger team, because they are in s bigger league, but there's zero European pedigree there at all. To someone outside of England, arsenal winning it would be a freak result, not the revival of some dark horse with history.
I don't think arsenal are a significant team in Europe, and Roma are in that second tier where if I see we we are playing them something seems right with the world, and I reckon we will probably win, too.

I voted Arsenal but, I mean, they're all much of a muchness. Upper middle class families with boring suburban McMansions. Go on an all-inclusive three star vacation once per year and never leave the resort.

Atleti occasionally annoy Real but really they just want to be them so they stink of Everton. Roma remind me slimeballs who for the past eighty years have modelled themselves on The Fonz, who let's face it was a nonce. Napoli are just smelly bastards from the arse end of nowhere.

I'd say it's Atletico, the only ones that I think have won multiple European trophies, could be wrong if others have too. PSG and Arsenal are about the same level I'd say.
