In various states there are all sorts of cases to make about what things separated trump and biden votes, but the single most significant split across the board is HOW they voted. It's astounding to me. It's not a surprise how many democrats voted by mail, because I don't know anyone who didn't. It's a shock how many Republicans didn't.
People who haven't modified their behavior due to coronavirus voted trump overwhelmingly. People who thought why the fuck would I stand in a line and go in a building during a pandemic voted biden. The politicization of a virus, and the differing realities around it are trump's most immediate damaging legacy. Had his instinct not had him attempt to ignore it, he would have easily won. Instead he lost, and the incomplete compliance has condemned thousands to die.
Will need better than opportunist lawyers like Harmeet Dhillon to turn this around for Trump.
Hahaha ! Fuck me Dantes. Trumps litigations are so far : 1 accepted and 7 thrown out, and the 1 was already being implemented (in Penn) so a pointless exercise. It's not over. His come back in Arizona is still on. Georgia is razor thin, recount and court action is on there. Pennsylvania is blatantly in breach of the constitution so that case is guaranteed to go to the supreme court before Justice Amy. Michigan is going to be the easiest case in history, I call Mr Bradley to the stand.... an urn is placed on the bench... I rest my case your honor. The fake news are trying to pressure him to concede, but that ain't happening until he's had his fun. And it will indeed be fun watching his world class lawyers play every trick in the book hahahahha.

Georgia is far from razor thin - Biden has a lead of 7,248 and any recount won't affect any of the states Biden is up in. I think the largest change from a recount in history has been around 300 ballots. Georgia officials have actually said something similar, it's less than 1% so they will have to re-count but it won't affect the outcome.
Arizona & Penn are both close to 30,000 and any Trump gains today in Arizona have been a scale that won't come close to affecting the vote.
Nevada is 22,000 ahead and if you drill down and look at the counties that aren't concluded (mainly strong Democrat districts) and how the vote is going in them, you'll note that Nevada will likely finish closer to a 30,000 Democrat win than any chance of a Trump turnaround.
It's done and nothing you say is going to change it. 😀
Actually no it's because it was presented before the Penn court that there were 148 Rep and 148 Demo observers so the judge just ruled that should stay the case. Nothing to do with 'pretty much done'.The cases to do with poll watching that were dismissed were on the basis that the counting is pretty much done now, so the relief you are seeking is pointless, moot point, case dismissed. Then CNN run the headline: Trump loses in court! No fraud found! No ethidence! wah wah wah.

To be honest, I’d be furious too if I were trump.
To think I’d rigged the election the same way as I did four years earlier and still lost. The only way I’d known the other side cheated was because my own cheating wasn’t sufficient. Infuriating that I could not then release “evidence” without implicating myself in the process.
See #2 above 😉Cool story bro. Meanwhile in the court:
Court: Pennsylvania Supreme Court
Case Name: Philadelphia County Canvassing Observation Appeal, 1094 CD 20
Status: Trump win, Democrats have appealed the ruling
Summary: The Trump campaign sued on Election Day, claiming its representatives were being denied “reasonable access” to monitor the counting of votes in Philadelphia because they were kept at a far distance from the process. The suit was dismissed on Wednesday by a Philadelphia trial court, but an appellate court on Thursday reversed that ruling and ordered officials to allow all poll observers to watch the ballot-counting from a distance of six feet. Philadelphia election officials are seeking to appeal that decision to the state’s highest court.
Court: U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
Case Name: Donald J. Trump for President Inc. v. Philadelphia County Board of Elections, 20-5533
Status: Judge denied request for an injunction, saying an agreement was reached
Summary: The Trump campaign filed an emergency request to stop the county Board of Elections “from continuing to count any ballots so long as Republican observers are not present as required by state law.”
Court: Michigan Court of Claims
Case Name: Donald J. Trump and Eric Ostergren v. Jocelyn Benson, 20-000225-MZ
Status: Trump loss
Summary: The Trump campaign claims it hasn’t been given meaningful access to counting locations to observe the process for opening and tabulating ballots as guaranteed under state law. A judge on Thursday rejected the request, saying “At this point, the essence of the count is completed, and the relief is completely unavailable.”
Court: U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada
Case Name: Stokke et al v. Cegavske et al, 2:20-cv-02046-DJA
Status: Trump loss
Summary: The case targeted Clark County, a heavily Democratic area that includes Las Vegas, with two Republican candidates for Congress claiming the election there was “plagued by irregularities.” The Republicans failed to produce evidence of wrongdoing , a federal judge ruled in tossing the suit. If they return “with more evidence,” the judge said, he’d reconsider the case.
Game over man.Hahaha yes it has indeed been called ! Currently 284 - 214. Done and dusted.
