Its over, all those years of hoping the slightly likeable fecker would somehow become brilliant..
Now all we have to look forward to is people reminding us what we missed out on when he scores for his new club...
well, it would be rude not to 😉

I'm off to see a shrink right now :'(

I'd like to get Aquilani back because he would thrive in a team playing pass and move football.

He has scored some belters for Juve. Looking quite the player we thought he would be.

Daglish on Aquilani:

"To me he looks a very good footballer who has good vision and is capable of seeing a pass," Dalglish told LFC Weekly.

"Because of our current injury situation it would have been easy to rush him back into action.

"But that wouldn't have been fair to the player and he could have ended up missing even more time. Instead he's had the rehabilitation he's needed and he should be a great acquisition."

FFS!!! Another player who can score and create goes.

Still we have a GREAT midfield of Jovanovic-Poulen-Lucas-Kuyt

WOOOOooooooooo We're like the Holland team of the 70's

What a pile of shit!

Wait and see who comes in place first Oncey, don't despair yet, we have Kenny managing now, and unlike HodgePodge, he doesn't say 'No I don't want him he isn't 6' plus' (which was his criteria for this transfer window believe it or not)

Mate he's had 3 and a half yeas to prove he can do it and he's failed miserably. Loads of talent but never achieved fuck all apart from the very odd flash here and there. He does need replacing though with somebody who actually can play at this level.

Mourinho had a policy on height too, 7 players in his starting lineup needed to be 6 foot or taller.

Lanky twats

Dalglish seems to have one too. If the opposition have a 7 foot loony with spazzed out hair, we should mark him with an Oompa Loompa.

It kinda worked.

Yay!!

Johno has taken over for us on Babels tweets!

Heres his latest (about his new haircut)

We just mightn't miss Babel after all!!

neiljjones Neil Jones
How this impacts on any deal for Suarez or Ashley Young remains to be seen, but I'd expect #LFC to 'replace' Babel before month is out.

Personally I don't think he failed, he was really good towards the end of the season and I was gobsmaked when he went out on loan
Me neither, I thought he was a good player who never really got a fair crack.
