If we don't sign anyone else of note, then its quite obvious that we've gone backwards. One more quality signing and to me it looks like we've improved on last seasons squad.

Hoping we will sign Silva and actually having the money to do so seem to be very different things, at the minute our net spend is near enough zero, maybe just maybe the owners will sanction a move for a good addition to the squad as opposed to replacements for good players.
