Hey we we're keeping the scousers company when you were swanning around Melbourne.

Am I the only person on here who would be far too terrified to meet anyone on here, if I was ever at a match?

I doubt it, other posters have mentioned going the match but not called into the harry to meet people.

Fuck though mate, I don't get why you'd be terrified, I know online personas can be misleading but there's been enough posters on here that have met each other & it's not that much of a stretch from adding people on Facebook.

You already know what they look like & probably know their opinions on a lot of stuff better than their colleagues who see them face to face every day.

The guys on here are fucking wonderful, definitely worth going the Harry for a coke before the game.

Special shout out to Sunny (Sean) who always looks after me like his own every time I go.

Yeh that's definitely true, I bet the conversation flows rather easily once you start, personally, I think it's just a confidence thing, I always feel awkward in situations meeting new people, probably doesn't help that I struggle to understand what people are saying when there's background noise, like in a pub. I guess it just depends on the person.

I seem to have the effect where I say I am going to the Harry and nobody from here then goes.
I am going to have to find the backup pub.

I was quite nervous and also a lot shier than I am now when I first went to the Harry to meet Sunny & Sheik (i don't think anyone else was there that time?) but they were people I felt I knew so why not go and say hello!

The drinkies kickabout that we did a few years ago was great fun, that needs to be replicated!

You've been doing drugs before the game in The Harry? I've never been looked after like that!

Well you wouldn't dare piss or shit in them.

I made the mistake once of thinking I could have a shit in it once.
Desperation drove me to doing the business while trying to hold the unlocked door marginally closed and deterring the patrons from entering.
It was a terrifying experience but was, understandably so, very short.

Looking forward to it. Not so much looking forward to squinting at whatever little telly they've got in the pub, but as long as I can see the match & meet you lads it'll do!

Hopefully the toilets I'll be better than the ones in the Harry!
