Gutted.

This season is turning into horror show.
I say promote Suso, Sterling, Coady, Irwin, Robinson and Flanagan and let's at least turn it into a good show.

Where is Pacheco when you need him? Oh yeah he's in Norwich helping them gain a promotion.

To bring Gerrard into the conversation is rather insulting. I bet Gerrard has scored around as many goals for Liverpool as Agger as played games.

It was a joke alright. Get over yourself.

I reckon we could make our money back on him, with possibly a bit of profit. We just need to find another club like ours, that is willing to take punts on players with poor injury records.

Or wait until Rafa finds another club...

You know what? It's actually true!!!

Based on stats from Soccernet, for all competitions:

Gerrard - 128 career goals
Agger - 118 career games

Granted Gerrard has been around the club a lot longer.

Daniel Agger will not feature for Denmark in this summer's Euro 2012 qualifier, according to national team coach Morten Olsen.

"He is out. Daniel can't go around aiming for a game two months away," said Olsen.

"He will have to aim at getting ready for Liverpool's summer training and hopefully he will be perfectly fit for the opening of next season's Premiership.

"He will have to prepare himself and hopefully this will result in that he is ready for the important games we will be playing this autumn."

Agger's injury is only a blow if you are foolish enough to expect that he's not going to get injured every 5 games.
