Advice needed, on a day to day basis I park my car outside my mates in the town centre while I go to work.
The other day when I got back to my car some cunt had caved in the back of it and not left a note or anything.
Now, i'm about 70% sure I know who it was, and I have contact details, what's the best way to approach the situation?
Theres not CCTV or anything but it's pretty obvious.
