If you were 16 years old, then half your age plus seven would mean you could legally fuck a 15 year old.

All you have to do is rearrange the formulae. So let the adults age be A, and the child's age be C. Therefore

A/2 + 7 = C
A/2 = C - 7
A = 2C - 14

Double her age and subtract 14. That's not really how I roll, but see how that works out for you.
