The place got absurd in the end. You couldn't PM anyone, couldn't even view profiles, weren't allowed to open 2 windows (never understood that one) and every other day there was a 'leaving' thread that lasted about 5 minutes.

Dunk also got gradually more mental. The house overlooking Melwood (which he was buying off chris waddle!), the hotel in Liverpool, phone calls from Robbie Fowler and Michael Owen, secret video tapes, etc etc.

I can't remember why i've been banned mate, i was probably just expressing a reasonable opinion, and then found myself getting persecuted.

There were doubtless loads we missed off.

We had very little time from this site being real & up & running to get the message to everyone, so PM's were time constrained.

Why was Syd so unwelcome? I mean, i know what some people thought of him but i thought the original owners of this site got on well with him.

I seem to recall that Rosco, Ryan, Mark and FFF all got on fairly well with him for quite a while too. He did go increasingly loopy though near the end.

Didn't he also stay with Dunk for a fair bit of time after everyone else had left KT?
 
Dj was a monumentally sad bastard. He claimed to have an inside source who had promised to email him an update on some shite or other and when he finally posted the info it was obvious that he'd made it up himself.

I'd like to think that too. Imagine him in the old KT forums just running round trying to find someone to ban but the only people online were the ones Dunk had made it up to make it look busy.

Not on that one, no.

But without getting into a politcal debate with you on a footie forum, it's all very convienient blaming the current guy... Washington is horribly corrupt, has been for decades, and Barrack is an easy scapegoat for people with very poor memories.
