It's between Pacho and Hincapie of Leverkussen for that left sided centre back I've been reading. Not sure if the latter will leave though seeing as they qualified for the Champions League. But then his agent is the same one as Caceido and may be getting tetchy wanting another pay day so may try to move him on.

Matip is leaving, Konate seems a bit thick and injured half the time and I wouldn’t trust Gomez at CB. I think we need to sign two.

Seems pretty expensive for a loan-back deal. Also he is a back 3 CB as far as I know.

that wasn't really a loan. We simply paid more than his release fee and delayed signing him by 12 months.

The kid from Fulham, Aredabaio (sp?) seems decent. Can cover RB and CB positions too. Plus homegrown.
Free agent at the end of the season.
Whether good enough as a starting CB, I have no clue.
