If he doesn't prove himself to be a 24 million player in this market then he's not good enough.

He'll do alright when he plays which won't be that often if Sturridge ever gets fit.

Rodgers will of course play him as much as he can possibly justify because he's a bellend.

He's going to be good this year. He's had a full pre season, and he'll actually have 1 or 2 strikers infront of him making runs. He's looked pretty good in the friendlies even without Benteke or sicknote

Fucking hell. Ye'll have me going full blown Mark1975 on here (no offence Mark).
Lalllana is a great player and will be very good this season. Give it a rest with the fucking faux hate and support our players. Especially the talented ones who give their all when ever they play for us.

As gene would say, ye are all mad.

He's decent but wildly overrated.

And he was a shit signing.

That's pretty much it.

And he's had a good injury free pre-season now so he's out of excuses.

He can't be any worse than last season, but we also can't afford to have him take as many touches as he does when there are lots of better players on the pitch. I'd make him the main man in the Carling Cup and Europa League games.

He'll never end up being what we paid so that should be let go at this stage, it's done. Last season never got going for him. Bad injury, came into a side playing horribly with a static centre forward. No excuses this season but I think he'll be in important member of the squad eventually.

I think his stats will be comparable to Coutinho and Firminho come the end of the season baring injuries. He's a terrific footballer and makes things happen what he's on the pitch. I'm confident he'll do well this year.
