You’ll Never Walk Elon

Why would he buy Liverpool anyway… the only profit to be made is if you flip it for more cash than you paid for it - maybe it’s a tax thing.

He certainly has no interest in the club or the game - wasn’t he warbling about buying Man Utd’s while back.

It’s not as if buying us would make him more popular and he doesn’t need to sports wash.

It could be he’s insane, has too much money and literally couldn’t give a fuck.
He would buy us as part of an ego trip rather than as a profit making exercise.

Wait till he gets direct messages on X from Bluebell & Binomial for not buying a 53rd choice CB that no-one else has ever heard of.

That ego will shrivel like a willy introduced to the North Sea on a cold winter day of the coast of Aberdeenshire.

I would guess it would be an attempt to get a British passport like Al Fayed.

I’m sure there’s cheaper ways…. Oh that’s right… the Tories aren’t in power any more.. I mean the Real Tories as opposed to the Provisional Tories.

Fantastic DJ. Saw him at The End in London once upon a moon. Ended up getting completely battered and making a pass at my hot Dutch model mate I was clubbing with. I was not successful.
Sounds like a great night. He was happily sharing his bottle of vodka the time I was talking to him.

His Dad married Elon’s step sister if I am not mistaken. Another Woody Allen special. The daughter of his ex wife.

Errol Musk, the father of tech billionaire Elon Musk, made headlines in 2022 when he confirmed having two children with his former stepdaughter Jana Bezuidenhout. Errol, then 76, fathered a daughter with Jana, who was 35 at the time and 41 years his junior.

The unconventional family dynamic sparked widespread public interest and discussion. Jana Bezuidenhout was Errol's stepdaughter from his marriage to her mother, which lasted over a decade. After that marriage ended, Errol and Jana began a romantic relationship.”

I think he may be still DJing. Having said that it was a proper generation ago when I spoke to him.
I just stuck his name in this thread as his name popped into my head when Musk's name came up. I'd guess they'd be polar opposites.

He was fucking enormoboss at that Jodrell Bank rave thingy last year. It's been ace watching him progress. Proper dude. At some point recently my son said he'd been asked to work for his label and said he couldn't be arsed and I don't often want to punch people but...

It's good to hear that one of the nice guys is still nailing it, I'll try to find that set somewhere. As for your young fella.....

I got back from it and was trying to find the amazing What's Time Is Love remix he'd played that blew me and my lad's head off, so he asked him a few weeks later and it was the original. All I can tell you is mushrooms make thirty year old bangers sound like Soulwax have been jumping up and down on them with marshmallow lasers

But, what a tune that was. Who killed the KLF? is a good documentary, it usually shows up on sky arts. John Higgs' book about them is really well written and takes an unusual slant on the tale, bringing in the mythology of the JAMMS.
Oh, and fuck Elon Musk.

Agree with all this. Love all the synchronicity and went right down the Robert Anton Wilson rabbithole and even ended up mates with Ken Campbell's daughter via that gang. The revival thingy a few years ago in liverpool was a bit am-dram but I forgive them for the crop circles and the burning the dough and the line of soup and ring of cake and make a bed and that amazing shit at the brits all those years ago and the whole fucking concept probs being the best example of creative art I've witnessed in my lifetime. Pity Drummond is quite deaf and mad now.

Sounds like a great head spinning time. I don't anything about a revival or Drummond being nuts. I looked Cauty up there, love how smiley face riot shields but it may be 10 years out of date.

There was three days of quite crazy bullshit in liverpool. I was at it all but went the match in the middle of it. Guess who scored first? Number 23, Emre Can.
