Alright so I was just introduced to this little drop of heaven. Yellow bean sauce. I'm told it's Malay but widely used in a lot of Asian cooking.
Friends - Next time you are down at the oriental take out or restaurant and you see this on menu - Order immediately. It's stunning and feels like a secret only a few know. Go for the king prawn in yellow bean sauce sauce as a nice intro. I realise menu tips are a bit silly but I wouldn't post it if I didn't think it wouldn't profoundly make your lives better.
