Nobody really wanted Roy as our manager but he's here now, and not satisfied with constantly pointing out that Roy isn't good enough, Brendan stoops to a new low of questioning his integrity!

what exactly is people's problem with bren saying roy is nothing more than a mediocre manager? a cursory glance at roy's 35 year old CV will tell you that is pretty much a fact.

I will support roy 100% no question, but let's not make out roy is anything other than a mediocre appointment, whether he goes on to become a great manager at liverpool remains to be seen but he certainly isn't a great manager now unless greatness is measured by steading the ship and finishing midtable (in england).

Neil theres nothing wrong with it at all. Its a very valid viewpoint In fact im not aware of one single person on here who is totally happy with the appointment.

Its just that we are sick of having the naysayers opinions constantly rammed down out throats. Its spilling over into every live thread on the forum ffs.

I think we are also sick of not being given any (realist,ic) credible alternatives and also sick of a having a man shot down before he even starts the job.

we dont have a pot to piss in. Blame who you like for that. Some blame the owners, some blame Rafa for wasting money, some blame both. but whoever you blame thats where we are, and managers like Jose, hiddink, Capello et al are out of our reach.
