Dirk Kuyt is a lovely bloke who can play football - Robinho comes across as a bit spoilt and twattish, however, he is a world class talent

He got so much natural talent, but you'd still have to class him as a luxury player. I don't think he's guaranteed a place in that City side and if I'm not mistaken, he's been rested in away games on more than a couple occasions. I kinda wonder if he'll still be around once they get to where they want to be.

He defo comes across as a twat, but despite that and what I said above, I'd take him in a flash for our left hand side. Don't know about swapping him for Dirk though. They can have The Crow instead.

We would struggle too much against tough teams to do it.

But how good does

Masch Aqua

Benayoun Gerrard Robinho

Torres

look against week teams.

can i have the 32mil mancs paid for robinho instead?
I'd go for that in an instance, well if it was almost a transfer window

NEVER! You can be born a skillful player, but you cant give him Heart, the most underated of qualites. Which Dirk has by the bucket full.

Would anyone out there (apart from Dreamy of course) swap Dirk for Antonio Valencia?

Stop hijacking Skully's thread. Start your own (I'll make the poll for 3 Indian Rupees).

Wrt original question, Dirk owns our 'right side' now and has formed a very strong partnership with Johnson. He pops in with goals now regularly and seems to be well liked by our squad. Robinho, no matter how talented he is, is a twat and goes missing in almost every away game ... In one word, NO

With Rafa still in charge... id keep Dirk.

If Scolari was manager - Id swap for Robinho in a heartbeat.
If Scholari was our manager I'd blow my brains out.

same here.

With johnson bursting from our right back, the last thing we need is a right mid who dun track back.

If it was arbeloa, then maybe its a different story. :-\

I love how you go around misquoting to your hearts content.

I never said he would.

I said I would prefer someone with pace to get in behind defences and stretch them. Someone like Valencia.

But sure go ahead and spout your bullshit, your quite good at it.
