I've been through this before, and the winner of this accolade is always the same:
John Terry.
A lot of the above-listed names and suggestions don't count because:
A - Those do's were semi-fashionable at the time - Thompson
B - Some of them don't give a fuck, cf Cisse, West
C - They're trying to be different - Valderamma, etc
That horrible, cunt-faced fuck Terry though is so fucking deluded that he thinks his 'long through the top and back, short on the sides' is en vogue. no it fucking isn't you blindingly stupid cunt. It's a cunt's haircut, and looks fucking shit.
I watched an interview with him one time when he was panning Joe Cole for "having an awful mop of hair". He followed it up by saying "I've told him loads of times just to get it cut like mine" with not one hint of irony or awareness.

It was quite spectacular, he had the whole perm/afro thing going on when he was younger as it was the fashion but refused to get it cut when he began balding. Hershel Krustofsky eat your heart out.
