I thought England played well, passed the ball more than I have seen for ages. Even Milner showed some skill and decent crossing.
First half Stevie's passing was superb which hopefully means a return to form. Once again Glen was man of the match, is there a better attacking full back in the business, superb.
Welbeck and Cleverley missed for less than 5 yards and a perfectly good goal was chalked off by the shocking ref, I think Roy is at least making them watchable

when someone puts in a curler from 25 yards I cannot see how anyone is really to blame, England have a habit of letting people have pop shots, in the Euro's we had loads of 25 yard efforts against us. We need to push up a bit and stop them.
He's never been good in that position, he lets them come inside and then does a desperate leap in an attempt to block the shot. He played well, though, elsewhere. Just a pity he'll probably be too tired now for Sunderland.
