That might slow it down a bit - and it might give a slight edge to the Yanks who I think will be fitter and busier than England - Particularly if Lampard and Gerrard start in the middle

Think about it John - USA's best striker scored one premier league goal last season - every England striker scored more than that.
They've got a centre half playing who hasn't played all season long, the other one plays for Watford. Not one USA player would get into the England team.
