So for anyone who doesn't know I'm over in Brazil for the World.

I was thinking of writing a summary of my daily adventure if people were interested?

My route is

São Paulo from the 9th - 13th
Recife 13th - 15th
Natal 15th - 17th
Recife 17th - 30th
Rio 30th - 15th
São Paulo 15th

Got tickets to

Brazil vs Croatia
Ivory Coast vs japan
USA vs Ghana
Mexico vs Croatia
Italy vs costa Rico
USA vs Germany
Winners of England's group vs 2nd of Columbas

Today's highlight was randomly meeting a few of team USA players and chatting with them while I walked.

The bar last night had a great atmosphere for Ireland vsPortugal.

Shame about the result.

Well tonight the party really started in São Paulo.

We set off to Vila Madelina which is one of the best night spots in São Paulo.
The taxi had to let us off 4 blocks away because the entire streets were overtaken with people.
I've never seen anything like it.
Tomorrow is a national holiday in Brazil to mark the start of the World Cup so everybody was out partying!
Outside a bar called São bento four streets combine and it was completely jammed for 3 blocks in every direction! Insane chanting singing dancing drinking and obviously women.
Columbians Mexicans and Croatians running the Brazilians close for numbers with Dutch, English, USA, French, Swiss, Ecuador and Irish jerseys to be seen too.

I doubt I'll survive 35 days of this.

Ha ha that must be from Poland and the Euros
Got a Recife specific allocation (5 games) in the lottery.
Got natal game in the 2nd lottery.
Got the opening fame last weds in the last minute release.
Have 2 spare tickets to all Recife games too if anyone wants to hope on a plane 🙂
