Work Issue

About 6 months ago I took on an extra role within the company I work for, on top of my existing role - basically acting manager for a dietary company who are one of our clients, running all customer correspondence and issues, liaising with pharmacies and the warehouse, stock taking, ordering stock, chasing invoices etc, and keeping the company ticking over while the CEO is permanently abroad. For this I got a pay rise and a monthly bonus dependent on attendance and as reward for the extra responsibilities and pressure.

As part of my new role, I'm "allocated" time away from my main role as a PA two days a week to put everything into this other role, though I don't, I do my regular role and just deal with this business at the same time, as and when it comes in. My absence record is good, my figures are consistently amongst the best in the firm (despite simultaneously doing this other role) and I've never had any disciplinary issues. I go in, get shit done, keep my head down and I am always professional and get one with everyone, even the two bosses.

A few weeks ago I was in on overtime, had an iffy stomach but still went in even though I looked and felt like shit. I ended up leaving an hour before the end of the overtime because I couldn't hack it any more, I needed to go home, get 24hrs rest without eating and try to recuperate so I could do my shift the following day. Anyway.......... I've got my pay packet this morning and no monthly bonus, because I went home an hour early on overtime, despite pulling my weight more than most all month (doing twice as much work statistically in some cases, for more or less the same pay).

What do I do? I don't want to go in and kick off, for fear of me losing my cool and walking, but I can't say and do nothing. Despite getting on well with my bosses, they're not the most approachable when it comes to money and they will seek anyway they can to save a buck (their prerogative I know, but anyway.. )
