Wisdom teeth

Anyone had them removed?

I removed one on monday, and I look like the elephant man today. Hurts like hell, all swelled up and popping painkillers like crazy.

I know it's kind of individual how you react to the removal of the tooth, and I'm sad to say I've reacted pretty badly.
