Salah has had a big dip in form, and goals. been saying for quite some time that he is too predictable in what he wants to do, and defenders know it.
Mane has be come more of a central striker, and Jota can also cover that role so that leaves Bobby somewhat surplus to requirement if you see it that way

this summer I expect to see both Salah and Bobby sold, along with AOC, and Gomez

It never ceases to amaze me how people look at a players form over a relatively short space of time and extrapolate it to a career long decline . Mo was being touted as the best player in the world and a shoe in for the Balon d'Or up until AFCON; now he is too predictable and should be sold.
I bet you were writing off Mane at the end of last season, when his firm was poor.

Agreed. I mean, if Salah was really that predictable you would have thought opposition teams would have worked that out a lot sooner than now!!

THB I was saying that about Salah well before that AFCON, and yes I was writing off Mane.
I still see many of the same faults with Mane and the predictabilities with Salah which makes him easier to defend against, although he is looking to pass the ball more now, and Mane looks to have found a new least of life as a central striker
As for re-investing it make more sense for us to move Mo on and re-invest the money, than to let him leave on a free

Six games and counting without a goal...
And when was the last time we saw him cut in from the right and curl the ball into the top corner..??

30 goals in 43 games before that, top scorer in the Premier League, most assists in the Premier League, footballer of the year and part of a team that has won 2 trophies, is 1 point off the top of the league and is I'm the CL final.

But yeah, the last 6 games is what he should be judged on, everyone has suddenly figured him out and we should sell him. Got it.

Glad you've got that

How many goals has he scored from open play in 2022? It’s concerning.

I have always believed that one will sign an extension, one will see out their contract and one will leave this summer.
I think we have already bought the replacement for the one who leaves in Diaz.
Mo's only realistic option at this stage looks to be PSG but will they offer enough to make it worth our while letting him go.
Mane will attract even less of a transfer fee and is still a huge asset to us.
So, now I am not so sure that we will lose any of the three in the summer but I would say the most likely to go is Mo.

Diaz as the replacement only makes sense if Mané is the one who leaves. He can't play in either Firmino or Salahs role. Which makes Mané departing more likely I guess.

We don't have any capable back up for Salah, so he's the least likely to be sold

Predictability is irrelevant if even knowing what he intends to do you still can't stop him !

2021/22 : 30 goals and 16 assists in 49 matches. Virtually one goal involvement per game. I do wish people would fuck off with this idiotic decline rhetoric.

You only need to look at who’s suggesting it.

To be fair, it’s not even near the top of his list of idiotic statements.

If Salah were to leave then Sadio could go back to operating predominantly on the right or the front three would become more fluid than they currently are with them switching positions regularly. This already happened a bit in the games were Mo hasn't been playing as he tends to stick rigidly to the front right position. Who knows. We were supposedly planning on getting Diaz this summer so he was meant to be the replacement for a departing forward. Maybe that was Origi and we will get another forward in should any of the three amigos leave

Funny that all the talk thus far has been about Salah but it seems that links to other clubs in the gossip columns seem to be concentrated on Mane.

Love Diaz but currently he doesn’t have Mo’s ability to score goals. That may change but he’s not a goaldigger that Mo is. Mo wasn’t always this way of course and Diaz could get there too

So we're honouring a perfectly agreed contract with Bobby?

How fucking generous of us, eh?

With Mane leaving, and so far there's an impasse between LFC and Salah, who would be up for selling Salah say for £50-60m possibly swap deal for a player like Gnabry?

Nah, I think you have to stagger the departures of Mane and Salah. It's too much of a gamble to sell 50-60 goals in one summer. It's all immaterial anyway. Salah is after a huge contract offer that comes with being a free signing.
